RETURN/EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns
- All Preorder sales are final. However, If there is a manufacturer error with your product we will try our very best to offer you a replacement if we have one in stock. If a replacement is not in stock at the time, you will be offered a store credit or refund. Please refer to shipping policy for lost, stolen or damaged items.
- 'Sale' items are not eligible for return.
- To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Once approved, you have 5 business days to return the defective item. Returns must be unwashed, unworn, tags attached, in original packaging and free of any noxious odors, pet hair, etc.
- You will receive a gift card code for your returned items. Gift cards do not expire.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges of items unless stated above. However, you may use store credit to purchase a different size.
Online purchases:
Items purchased from in stock and shipped are eligible for an exchange if item is in stock. You are responsible for return postage through USPS. Once item has been received we will issue a store credit. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping unless the item has a manufactured defect.
