Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped usually within 3-5 business days of arrival. If delayed for any reason you will be notified.

We charge a flat rate of $7.99. 

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, weather, holidays etc. Stated shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery within the carrier estimated delivery days.

Whimsy Bay Kids is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession.
